Crisis Behavior Management Services are funded by Regional Centers.
This is our most intensive service and can be utilized proactively to prevent the individual from going into a Crisis situation.
Services include Mental Health Support with community partners, 24/7 on Call Support, Trauma Informed Care, Crisis Management, Ongoing Training, Hybrid Support, Person-Centered Crisis Prevention & Intervention Plan, De-Escalation guide, and a personalized Crisis H.E.L.P. Card. Our focus is to empower, support, and guide individuals and their caregivers, preserve placement, and minimize hospitalizations and police involvement. Upon becoming a customer, you immediately gain access to our 24 hour Crisis line.
*Available for individuals ages 12 and up, (11 and under on a case-by-case basis) who qualify for services with a Regional Center, including foster youth and those who have a co-occurring mental health need.

Focused Based Services are funded by Regional Centers.
T&K Innovators Focused Based Services are person-centered and allow us to customize services depending on the needs of the individual. These services include skill acquisition training, family and care provider training, as well as assisting in the reduction of less preferred or challenging behaviors. The behaviors can be minimal, moderate, or intense.
Our goal is to assist the individual so they can build skills that will allow them to live the best quality of life possible.
We will narrow down what the behaviors are for both the individual with special needs and the caregiver, and assess what needs to be learned to increase communication, understanding, desired outcome and promote quality of life for both the individual and their caregiver.
The goal of this service is to enhance knowledge on applied behavior analysis as well as self-awareness of what is required to create meaningful change.

Behavior Consulting Services are privately funded by the entity we are serving.
T&K Innovators partners with community group homes, day programs, and supported living facilities to provide behavior consulting services.
At the beginning stages of our working relationship, we spend time building rapport, reviewing historical and current records, and observing the interactions between the caregiver and the individuals.
We are interested in your story, how we can best serve you, and how we can add value. We develop a person-centered comprehensive assessment for each individual that guides us in developing individualized plans for service.
Finally, we provide ongoing training, support and guidance throughout the process of implementing the plan together as a team.

We are available to train parents, caregivers, and staff outside of our regular on-going services as stand-alone sessions or on-going sessions.
Training can be specific based on your current needs and challenges, if you just want additional knowledge or a quick refresher.
